Co-op will be reimbursed at 50% of the broker’s cost (up to benefit limit). Please see
the MVP Loyalty Benefits Sheet for eligibility. Requests should be made (4) weeks in advance
or more of the deadline. Reference the Co-op Guidelines for more details. Please call if you need the requested item sooner.
